The Bucket System is a bucket full of hours that the VA pulls from while they are working on your tasks. When the hours in your Bucket run out, simply purchase another bucket. You will continue where you left off or take a week off and pick up where you left off then, its up to you. No contracts or monthly bills, we will send you an email informing you that your hours are low and give you a link to purchase another bucket.
Small businesses need flexibility, so we structured our pricing model to give you 3 months to use your hours. So yes the hours roll-over for 3 months, giving you plenty of time to use them. At the end of the three month period the hours do expire, so make sure you put your VA to work.
If you run out of things to do, just ask your project mangers for task suggestions, we have a pretty good idea of what small businesses need help with.
Yes, share and share alike. There are not extra fees to share your Bucket with others.
One thing to keep in mind though. When you have multiple people all working the same Bucket of hours. Make sure and let us know what the priorities are. The project management software will let you put due dates to help this process.
